2024 Pétillant Naturel - 100% Chenin Blanc | Chen Vineyard, Adelaida District
This wine kicked off our 2024 harvest— brought in at the tail end of August, it’s bright and super fresh. Coming in just under 12% alcohol, fermented in bottle, following the pétillant naturel (or pét-nat) tradition, one of the oldest methods of making sparkling wine. The result is a lightly fizzy, unfiltered wine with purity and a wild, refreshing edge.
This wine feels like a celebration in itself, seeing the first fruits of the 2024 vintage come to life in a bottle. It’s an easy companion to spring days, shared meals, and spontaneous toasts!

From Eric Guido: The 2024 Chenin Blanc Pét-Nat opens with an exotic blend of orange zest, wild flowers, green melon, kiwi and mint. Zesty in character, it offers tantalizing acidity and crisp bubbles that host ripe orchard fruit. A cheek-puckering sensation lingers, leaving the mouth watering for more as nuances of ginger and apricot taper off.
