2024 Petillant Naturel - Chenin Blanc

We’re excited to share our newest limited release of our 2024 Pétillant Naturel, made from 100% Chenin Blanc grown in the dry-farmed Chen Vineyard in the Adelaida District.

This wine kicked off our 2024 harvest— brought in at the tail end of August, it’s bright and super fresh. Coming in just under 12% alcohol, fermented in bottle, following the pétillant naturel (or pét-nat) tradition, one of the oldest methods of making sparkling wine. The result is a lightly fizzy, unfiltered wine with purity and a wild, refreshing edge.

This wine feels like a celebration in itself, seeing the first fruits of the 2024 vintage come to life in a bottle. It’s an easy companion to spring days, shared meals, and spontaneous toasts!
