From Eric Guido: Lemon zest and lime introduce wildflowers, sage and gingery spice as the 2023 Riesling slowly blossoms in the glass. This is decidedly savory in style, with saline mineral tones up front elevated by citrus peel acidity as tart orchard fruits cascade throughout. It takes on a tangy concentration through the finish. Youthfully tense and long, this slowly fades with hints of sour melon. While fully enjoyable today, the 2023 possesses a balance that will reward short-term cellaring.
