Vineyard: Sourced from a small block just over an acre within the certified organic Old oak vineyard in the heart of the willow creek district. the vineyard achieved its organic certification at the end of 2022 thanks to our very own jordan collins.

Winemaking: aged for 11 months in neutral french oak barrels, the grenache blanc went through full malolactic fermentation, creating a balanced mouthfeel while preserving its vibrant acidity.

tasting notes: a livey expression of green fruit and citris aromas. expect refreshing bursts of lemon zest, acccompanied by a zippy, bright acidity that provides a structured and lasting finish. perfect for pairing with fresh seafood, salads and light fare.

farming: DRY-FARMED, HEAD TRAINED AND certified organic as of 2022.
