2025 Carbonic Cinsault
Fresh, bright, and made for a little chill.
Our newest Cinsault comes from the Adams Ranch Vineyard in the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles, lovingly cared for by our dear friends Mark and Ciera.
Made with 100% carbonic maceration, the fruit was fermented whole-berry before spending six months in neutral oak. The result is a vibrant, light-on-its-feet Cinsault with plenty of freshness and an easygoing, juicy character.
This is one of those bottles that doesn’t need much of an occasion. Give it a slight chill, pop it open, and enjoy it with lunch on the patio, an early evening with friends, or whatever happens to be on the table. Fresh, bright, and effortlessly drinkable anytime, anywhere.
Did we mention it’s a 1-liter bottle? Because with a wine this easy to drink, we figured you might want it.
And, as always, there’s a little family woven into the bottle. The English foxes featured on the label were drawn by Taylor Collins.
Serve slightly chilled and enjoy!
