Vineyard: sourced from glenrose vineyard in the adelaida district, this unfiltered grenache expresses the unique terrior of the region. the vineyard is know for its exception rhone and other varietals and producing very distictive and complex wines.

wINEMAKING: primary fermentation was conducted in t-bins, followed by 18 months of aging in neutral puncheons. this approach allows the purity of the fruit and the natural characteristics of the vineyard to shine without the excessive influence from the oak.

tasting notes: a beautifully layerd grenach, with inviting notes of dried strawberries, mint and dried red currant. the unfiltered nature of the wine adds to its teture and depth, offering a rich and authenic expression. perfect for pariing with meditterranean cuisine, grilled meats, or aged cheeses.
