Rackham Cider

Named after the famous, or should we say infamous pirate John Rackham, this cider is one of our three dry hopped Ciders here at Bristols. Consisting of Braeburn, Granny Smith, and Arkansas Black apples all grown locally in San Luis Obispo, at Chadmark Farms. The Rackham is hopped with two different hops, the first being Azacca Hops, which are known for being citrus and fruity, while the other, Centennial, is a more balanced hop; Bitter, aromatic, giving the Rackham a touch lemon and floral notes.
